President and CEO
Cody Prudhomme is the Founder and President of Covert Capital Investments., bringing a diverse background in finance, credit risk management, operational leadership, and international business development.
Prior to founding Covert Capital., Cody held multiple senior positions within the Canadian financial sector, including roles with iFinance Canada, Northstar Acceptance Corporation, and Axis Auto Finance.
Throughout his career, he specialized in credit adjudication, financial analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management, evaluating complex financial profiles and supporting strategic lending decisions.
Earlier in his career, Cody relocated to Chengdu, China, where he played a leadership role with the International Institute of Education during a period of organizational growth and expansion. Working within an international environment, he contributed to business development initiatives, operational management, talent development, and strategic planning while helping support the organization's continued growth.
Today, Cody combines financial expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and disciplined decision-making to guide Covert Capital Investments Inc.'s investment strategy, focusing on long-term value creation, prudent risk management, and capital preservation.
Jocelyne Prudhomme
Director of Administration & Operations
Jocelyne Prudhomme brings more than three decades of administrative and operational experience gained through her career with the Timmins and District Hospital.
Throughout her 30+ year tenure within the hospital's Mental Health Department, Jocelyne played an integral role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, managing administrative processes, overseeing billing functions, and serving as a key point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.
Her extensive experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment required exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
Over the course of her career, she developed a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage complex administrative responsibilities while supporting both patients and clinical staff.

Serena Han is a licensed real estate professional with Bay Street Group Realty Inc., serving clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. With a strong understanding of local market dynamics, property valuation, and transaction strategy, she provides professional guidance to buyers, sellers, and real estate investors across a wide range of residential property types.
Serena provides real estate brokerage services to Covert Capital Investments Inc. in connection with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.
Her responsibilities include conducting market analysis, coordinating transactions, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and providing strategic guidance throughout the acquisition and disposition process. As the owner and operator of his own plumbing business, he has dedicated his career to residential construction, developing extensive expertise in plumbing systems, renovations, and the day-to-day management of construction projects.
Throughout his career, Jerry has led skilled trades teams, coordinated daily construction activities, and ensured projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.
